Remove the other islands

Even if it's not possible.. Removing the other islands will with other words decrease the potential of the map enormously.
As MadBoi stated, it will not change any specific lag. For the best result, I'd suggest you to buy a new graphic card and a processor whenever you have the money for it.

I like the other islands, it brings more opertunities for Roleplay in keeping them.
