Newbie questions (cars, houses and jobs)

Hi

My brother and i just started playing GTA SA MP, and found this server to be the one with the most RPing cops

But we have no idea how do get money for a house, how do find a how that isent owned and a car that isent owned :S

1 - Just look through the site a saa houses that costs arround 160k$ how do i even get close to that when i start with 10k and getting 100$ for being a cap driver (seen some /AD 's).

2 - Is there a map or so that shows avalible hourses (no owned by anyone) and samething with cars?

3 - While looking around at the site i saa you could steal cars for a job, how do i take this job?

4 - If i somehow gets a car, what happens when i logout? does it stand where i left it or does it "respawn" at the same point all the time?

5 - We are 4 friends total playing together, if we all go earn some money and gets a house with a garage, does the car stay inthere then? and if i buy the house can i "share" it with them, so i dont need to spam /open /lock and so on if they are chased and im not willing to let the badguys inside

We tried asking admins and other players ingame how to earn money, but really dont get anything usefull, most people just ignores us :/

First of all I hope that you all know never to use cheats or trainers. We have a lot of 'brother' stories on our banned topics. 

Regarding making enough money to get a house, it will take effort and time. Just think of it as in real life, it is not possible to get enough money to buy a house in one day. You will need to work hard and spend time to earn money.
As RP is based on your fantasy and not on scripts handing out money, try to read around the site and forums and then choose your career. If you have imagination and can bring out funny ideas you can make money from nothing. Being a bartender, delivering pizza's, selling donuts.... or even sitting on the street begging. It all can make people give you some  :money:
People say that the fastest way to get money is to play as cop, and they might be right at this time. But it is not always the fast money that makes you happy. Hard-earned money can make you more happy.

Perhaps you have heard or read that we are working on new scripts. That is why I will not answer your questions about houses and cars now. What I would tell now is about to change soon.

I wount get money for RP'ing but for doing jobs

But before i start to geekout on this server, i just need to know if all the cars (and it is "all" the cars if like 20 arent owned atm.) are owned? because i dont really need money for anything else but a car and then save up for a house with a garage

Respect on the server is earned by good RP. You RP good and the money will follow. Make your own business or something, one that offers a service to players (or beg ).
 
PS. If i call for taxi/limo - bring one, if people can be arsed to RP I tip good!
    -Money in new script release will be reset. Script release  could be in one week, one month, no one knows!

Few things:

Obviously: Dont hack.. It Ruins the server and it will make you confront Ron's (Aragorn) anti hack System: Mr. Ron's Spicy Bans. :P
About RP: you CAN earn money by RPing.. Most guys here made money out of cops.. and some of them even abuse of copcommands..
but there is also a good command you can use, and that is the / me (without space) command.
it is handy for as you can "fantasise" around with it..

* AVRodriguez Sells weed to < name > - / me Sells Weed to <name>

And so on..

Admins and problems: Admins are not machines.. I have been admin for a while, and i can tell you.. admins are getting loads and loads of reports,
they are also humans, they will not be able to do everything at the same time.. so be patient and please,, dont go scream about in the main chat etc.
If you have problems with some people breaking rules, Dming, Flaming and so on, Use /report <Players ID> <Message>
So like: /report 10 Blowing up the gasstation while i was filling up a tuned car

you can see players "ID's" by pressing Tab and looking at the Number infront of their names
