For a specific period of days(3 or 4)You have the chance to register yourself literally for a special category.If there would be 20 categories,you can register for 10(or less,its an example now)categories.
Example :


Board shows
Oscars 2010 - Art
Oscars 2010 - Best Cop
Oscars 2010 - Best Flamer
Oscars 2010 - Best Criminal
Oscars 2010 - Most Helpful Person on /hduty
Oscars 2010 - Worst Driver
[...]

And you enter those topics,and you write your name.that means,you can be elected as the winner for the award.
And there will be a limited amount of people,who can be voted.
