Since this is a role reversal idea, cops will have to be in the criminals' shoes and criminals will have to be in the cops' shoes.
 
That means criminals who participate will have to play by cop rules and vice versa. This is about seeing things from the other side, not using the other side's powers to get revenge on them.
 
Maybe then criminals will stop complaining that the police department is so shitty and cops will stop complaining that mafias are nothing but organized DM groups, after all of them see how hard is is to run their respective roles.

What cop rules? Freecops have, what, 4 restrictions and over 20 new opportunities to abuse against suspects? I can guarantee the new-found criminals will cry and bitch about the ridiculous opportunities cops have that suspects do not have more in one day than we ever have in our entire Argonath lives.

How does pointing out the truth make it shitting on them? Some admins, despite the majority of them being very very cool people, are always PMS and do nothing but complain how hard their job is. This only applies to a very minute minority, and is true for that minority, but does it really make it shitting on them?

I usually do attempt to teach new players about how to work properly. Although it is true that some plainly don't give a fuck, this is exaggerated too much...

If you want trained cops, then remove freecops all together and make them join the SAPD, the way it should be...

It's probably true that either side will always want to complain about the other.

If the crims' ever wanted to have a go at our lives, then you can start at the bottom and work your way up and do everything that we had to do to get where we are!

And the cops can try and take the abuse and use the freedom to try something.

For some reason I see a big 207 with every ARPD Officer as the kidnappers and the crims' all in lightblue coming after us.
