I'm sure everyone's pretty much aware that of all the cops,only about 15 or less get aircraft access, and barely half use it?

Since this is a role reversal idea, cops will have to be in the criminals' shoes and criminals will have to be in the cops' shoes.
 
That means criminals who participate will have to play by cop rules and vice versa. This is about seeing things from the other side, not using the other side's powers to get revenge on them.
 
Maybe then criminals will stop complaining that the police department is so shitty and cops will stop complaining that mafias are nothing but organized DM groups, after all of them see how hard is is to run their respective roles.
Think of how this can change the players in the server.

If the cops know that they have become criminals and the criminals know that they have become cops, I'm sure they should have to adjust.
 
If not, expect mobsters to walk up to you and arrest you for something.

Not make much difference! You should have noticed by now that cops and criminals are at each other's throats, even after the jail or death. It carries on to the forums.
 
If they saw how hard it was to live the other's life, then maybe the complaints will decrease dramatically and they would develop a mutual respect for each other.

I have experienced both, Mainly in Stracci, Marlen and my own group Deleon as a criminal.

Seriously, whatever side you are on, you get angry at the other side.

For example, I was still in Stracci and had a go at being a cop for a day, the criminals drove me NUTS.

Just depends what character you are RPing at the time
