Give him better textured face , better jeans , better shoes , hoody/T-shirt . But don't modify the face shape. I like the beard and hair style..

To find the skin , press CTRL + F and search Staff. It's the guy with grey/black T-shirt and jeans. And long hair.
If anyone makes the skin for me , I'm ready to pay. In game of course
