Although I shit myself everytime I get aimed at by a cop wearing the security skin, whilst getting jailed at LSPD. 

I'll be honest... I do too. I just hope he knows about surrendering and shit, and if he doesn't plus ends up killing me, I try to think positive; "Hey, at least the fine will tell him: DONT FUCKING KILL SURRENDERED SUSPECTS."

One of the reasons freecops abuse is because regulars such as our beloved OP prefer to shit on them rather than encourage them to be good cops.

But you know, if an ARPD Officer is doing something that is not right, explain it him clearly in PM. I've done it the last two days to ~3 ARPD Officers, yet they all listened and stopped doing it (at that moment). ARPD Officers are not as bad as you might think

I'm sure even people with barely-basic english skill can understand that "trained in the field" means you gained your experience from working in the field as opposed to being trained by an academy or an instructor.

Guys, I didn't see every post of this topic but I have one question to specific people. I always and yes I mean "Always" help new players when I meet them or when they abuse the commands. My Question is "How to get their attention?" About 50percent listens to me and others just simply don't look at the chat box or they don't know if I am talking to them. When I see a new cop or a new player, I explain to him the rules, and I tell him what exactly to do on the server but after telling him, he runs away from me. Or just keep shooting at others or at me. Well, I can remember that 2 days ago, I was helping and explaining to a new player called "Mosily" the rules and what to do on the server but he didn't listen to me but the good thing that he looked at the chat box and talked back to me ;D, But the problem is, that I told him so many times "Please stop deathmatching, Mosily.", "Please read the /rules" and "Mosily, Listen to me and follow the rules". But he totally ignored /rules command and kept deathmatching but he talked to me. Also When I met him outside of Los Santos Ammunition, I saw that he was carrying so many weapons. Such as "M4, SMG and katana". But you know what guys? I have a idea, Instead of answering new players when they ask about weapons, Just tell them What he exactly wants to do with it? Maybe he is going to deathmatch. And I have another idea, I will make a new idea that you must have a passport to buy weapons, At least when the new players get a passport, it means that he is trusted player that played on ArgonathRPG more than 7 days, knows the basic rules and knows the forum.

It is correct that many new players do not listen, as they have no idea. That is why we have an admin team, to give them a more clear suggestion. Those that do not answer, will be made clear they either have to follow the rules, or find a place where they can ignore everyone.
