Kosovo is not a recognized country. Like Olie said, its a self-declared country, without admition and validation from UN, EU, Russia, China or any international organization, and ofc from Serbia.
Cause of which you can't have it, specially cause its a issue that is still not solved, and there's our side of story, our interest, and everything that makes Kosovo heart of Serbia. we are attached to Kosovo as a nation, and the Country itself.

1.Still doesnt change anything.
 2.Its not a debate, asking for a  flag cause you consider it a country, is not acceptable, cause we and most of the World doesn't accept it as a country.
