I will actually defend Falcone in this case, especially when you come to their topic and starting to shit on them. Stating opinions have limits, you should know that.

In this case you provoked the whole group and offended them, so less replying on their topic and delete your provoactive comments. OR forum moderation will deal with this.

Every mafia is going through various stages.
When they are new and growing they make mistakes by not selecting their members carefully thus causing a number of members to be banned. Once then understand this, they will grow slower but choose their members more wisely.
Then comes the phase where they grow in power, and start to be noticed by other mafias. This always leads to them becoming a target of "YOU DM" and "YOU CANNOT RP" remarks, as usual.
Once the mafia manages to survive this stage, they become an accepted power that has chances to be official.

Will Falcone manage or will they give up like so many other ?

Do not roleplay a veteran on discord, be a veteran in game.
