Screw this voting... I think, will be better  if you give rights for most trustful members (like Kessu) to warn or kick someone.

You can even add 100 trusted members, with moderator rights, and this script would be still valuable when there's none of them online.

i like the idea. but some 'full members' can abuse this.
i think we should add a vote command. its better.
