Okay another "Job" for all my Dummies
Well it uses a simple timer and cooperation from guys-getting-stolen... ie If Players not wanting to get stolen can walk away and call 911

What my Dummy is got to do is /c steal <id/nick>
this cmd works if player is  <  4 or = 4 meters away.

Maximum Thug can steal is 500 bucks. Or = Stolen-Player-Money
This cmd starts a timer upto 10 seconds... And it notifies the guy who is getting stolen with a PINK ANNOUNCEment : "getting stolen  Move away"
If the player moves far (> 4 mts) from robber within 10 seconds he will not get stolen...
And that robber cant try stealing money from that robber within next 30 minutes... In case he is disurbing his ass lol
So actually this steal cmd will work only if player is comfortable with actually get stolen...
Also /c steal cmd wont work if PlayerGettingStolen is away or idle more than 3 minutes...
I think all other conditions wont mess...
Oh yeah i forgot... You cant steal players newer than 4 weeks... I know DAddy got registered date of all players... in CP

I would higher the max money to 1k and implement this idea. WE REALLY NEED THIS!
And if you think it would make the game too annoying, see the SA:MP server 'Crazy Bob's server' or something like that. It was an RPG server where you could steal 1 mill from one player with a single command, yet the server slots were always cool.

Basically, adding this idea will also increase use for bank, and that is always good.

Please add also /c lookaround, /c getincar, /c getoutcar, /c move1inchfoward...

I mean, this can be easily roleplayed. I believe we don't need comands for every step we take in the server.. :P

***Alarba throws wallet on ground
Next what he did? He threw a nade and killed us... After that he said this :
Alarba: Considering this crime rate in this city, i keep grenades in my wallet.
 
Trying Protection Money Income for gangs that EAF started on [WS]AlexThompson for his property in Starfish:
(We collect protection money from people who are wealthy or always become cops, so they wont have anything to loose)

* SpiralRock brought Alex in junkyard, Klaus had a chainsaw in his hands. We even cut him

Before this we burnt his property with molotoves, He didnt retaliate or hesitated. All he said was this :

Trying Protection Money deal on DaniGold:
Klaus First called him on phone. Dani said he will meet on NPM. We came there with molotoves in hands.
We asked patiently that he needs to pay us protection money for his NPM Gash store.
You know what happened? 6 people were surrounding him. With shotguns/molotoves/stubby(Klaus ammunation was near)/ingrams
***DaniGold:If you kill me, mine store will have new owners.
***Klaus: No worries ,If new owner has brains he will pay
***DaniGold: He is like me, he wont pay... (something like this , i dont remember properly)
***DaniGold: Give me my cellphone (We RPed taking it away from him, so he dont call police/911)

Freecops or w/e cops are all money minded (I am not provoking anyone, i am calm and all, dont take it against ARPD, or modify my post)
They fail to RP when it costs them money...
 
Only people that RP is Legend, Player and some others...
Also remember today? when i came with a SAMP guy to get ur wallet? (I had a shotgun aiming at you, while u were without weps in ur hand)

We RP most of this times... Yet we cant RP gun battles or something like it...
offcourse we cant do this :

And yet people say we are DMing...

Again I say, review this idea as a idea for citizens other than cops to earn cash... Btw according to this idea :Its almost impossible to rob someone who is not newbie and a active member...
Also why i posted this idea is, I think RPG must be creative and self-build.
I dont want others to think or understand what I am going to do next... Sometimes /me kills this opportunity...
Please dont "RolePlay it " this idea, but look at this idea with some different angle/different technique

Have to say, wasn't too impressed with Alex's roleplay. If someone is burning your house down, strapped you on a chair and threatening to saw your legs off with a chainsaw, I think your going to do what they're demanding. Acting like its no big deal (Well yeah we obviously can't physically burn your house down, but maybe you could use some imagination?) shows lack of roleplay in my opinion; and then we're accused of not being able to roleplay? Funny that.

And then there's Dani, who acts like its no big deal if we kill him. Again, yes obviously it isn't because you can respawn, but in reality a death threat is something you would take very seriously. If your surrounded by four heavily armed thugs aiming M4 assault rifles at your head and had your business destroyed by petrol bombs, your not going to argue. In the end I think Spiral just lost his patience with how Dani was acting.

So yeah, next time you accuse criminals of not being able to roleplay, look at how ARPDs finest reacted to shear death threatening moments and the terror of their properties being burnt down. Such great roleplay guys....

Oh, and when you tried to rob me, it was not really wise to rob a on-duty cop with a partner. In my screen me and my partner were holding Shotguns, unless it's sync problem, or something. o.o Still, i roleplayed that i lost the track of who tried the robbery, making it easier to expand the roleplay.

Well, at least they roleplayed. To me, that's what matters. Also good to see you're roleplaying quite a bit more. Good to see the /me is speaking louder.

You wanna know why I RPed like that? Because you were going to force me to pay 10k a week. Even though I'm always a cop, I don't go around chasing criminals to kill them. I mostly just drive around and RP something. If I actually agreed to pay you, I'd lose all my money, would have to sell my property and vehicles, which I can have just because I found two Christmas trees, I didn't get them from cop work.
If you offered a lower price, I could even agree to pay.

It isn't the fact that they didn't pay us, it's the fact they didn't RP. I was the witness of all that rob events/escort events, so don't tell me I don't know anything about it, I even helped in them.

You see they don't care when you threathen them, because if they die they respawn. On PROFESSIONAL SA:MP servers (roleplay ones) where you have to get a password to enter, you would get banned for not role-playing when there is a death threat.

But let's cut the chat, ALL CRIMINALS KNOW this idea is needed to be implemented, next time someone tells me that it is 100% possible to just RP a steal from someone I'll cut his both legs off. It's impossible, except for some COOL RP guys, who are RPing something else than cop shootouts, like Legend or Player.

When you are in situation like that, either RP and give us the damn money, or if you want to escape, don't do that in non-RP way like Alex did, because he acted very noobish...It's actually unrealistic to see someone try to escape from 4-8 armed guys when they're aiming at them, but still, you could at least try instead of being a noob, like:
Brian tries to take Marcell's gun away. Suceed? (y/n)[/me]

* Marcell quickly reaches for brian's hand and tries to break it, Suceed? (y/n)

Brian (y), brian hand has been broken and he didn't manage to unarm Marcell[/me]

etc, try to use those me commands to the fullest. Its how they do on most of SA:MP servers and it's a thing we should learn.

SO YES, we need that idea, there should be no arguments from ARPD cops (who ONLY play as cops) because they don't know how hard it is to be a criminal when you still have no name for yourself.

Tbh you could; you get 500$ for single 1 wanted level criminal kill, so kill 20 1 wanted level criminals in one day and you already have the money.

Yeah, okay  Remember when I tried to interrogate you and all? I usually try to do that to every criminal, in the end, after a great RP, either me or the criminal has to go, so I actually don't even arrest him. Lol.

It's pretty good to see that this topic is related fairly heavily towards RP.

Just on that same line - yea, I like to RP, that's why I play after all. You can't force people to roleplay, but I make an attempt to not forget it in the server. After all, there's a reason why we are called Argonath RPG.

On that same note, I was just wondering about that bank rob today...
What happened? As usual I normally approached and made an attempt to start roleplay. After about 2 seconds it became evident that wasn't going to happen, and I asked on the main chat 2/3 times if anyone's up for roleplaying etc.
Instead, I (and the others) got charged at from out of the bank. To be honest, we hadn't even engaged. And you could be more or less sure we wouldn't randomly come in there to try and ruin a RP - as there were only a couple of cops on the scene, and all regulars.

Marcell, you seem to be pretty emotive about the way you express things. Cool, but you complain about cops doing this, cops doing that...
Today how many times did you return after being killed?
I wouldn't have brought that up (I'm the kind of forgive & forget type) if there wasn't so much negativity going around - not pinning down anything here, by the way.
