Yes we use T3 but you wont find Argonath on server list, it doenst show up somewhy but you can use option "Quick connect" and put IP of server.

IP of server is: 178.63.52.144:9999 , its just like SA:MP IP but port is 9999.

I got it, the server appears in the list.

The server showing on the list is not the actual game server, you will need to quick connect with port 9999 as stated previously.

I did everything right but maybe I missed something. Thanks for the help guys.

Oh and Senate when I click play offline, nothing happens at all except that CD icon loads then nothing else.

Did u install Gta iv patch 1.0.7.0.?

Yep. I still get the same error. Here is the SS of the folder again. I reinstalled the update again and the paul.dll appeared back. I'm not really sure what that does though

I had a similar issue in the past, there is a file called xlive.dll that you can add to your main gta folder that will disable all of the windows live features and allow the game to start.

Try that and see if the game starts, everything else looks fine

Nope. Still will not work. I really have no idea what to do next and I really want to play.

I tried Pude's method but still get the same damn error. I didn't know it was going to be this much trouble but I really want it to work lol

Anyone have any other suggestions? Pude has tried his hardest to help but it still won't start up. Probably if I bought gtaIV on steam I'd be wasting my money since I already have the game, correct?

edit: Okay when I didn't download T3, something happened but IV-MP still won't come up. At least it's progress though.
