hey guys, i need your help, i have some problem starting up my GTA IV something like....live.dll  error, i can't figure it out somehow, can anyone help me?

After installing 1.0.0.7 patch did u also applied xliveless mode ?

You probly need xlive.dll,Install GFWL Client.

now i've another problem after fixing live.dll, when i click on the GTA IV launcher it says Please click on LaunchGTAIV.exe which i did click it... :O

There are two exe files in GTA IV directory. One of them is named GTAIV.exe other is LaunchGTAIV.exe. U have to make sure u click the LaunchGTAIV exe or just use shortcuts on ur desktop.

EDIT: How did u fix the xlive issue ?

Yes xlive's fixed.

Yeah i did click on LaunchGTAIV.exe, but the error came out saying "Please launch your game using LaunchGTAIV.exe" or something like that

Its just a wild guess but i think u fixed the xlive problem wrongly. Did you install xliveless or did you just reinstalled the xlive ?

EDIT: Added the xliveless tool in the attachments. Follow the readme instructions.

Anyone knows why can't i get to play IVMP servers? whenever i tries to connect a server, it will automatically close GTA IV for me :O

So the game crash for you when it load island right? Try restarting PC.

Hmm thats kinda common thing,but there could be various reasons.. Whats your PC hardware? And do you installed any mods for game?
