What does the guide mean by:

Do I just go onto the IV:MP install part ignoring all the stuff to set files to run as admin and vista?

I have the steam version.

You don't need the patch! I have the steam version and I don't need the patch.  :cowboy:

Would anyone help me? Installation worked fine and everything but when the message "You successfully connected" comes the game freezes, any suggestions? Should I try installing everything from stratch again?

Did you try re-installing your IVMP? I had this problem before, what I did was re-install IVMP and rebooted my PC, and it worked. If that didn't help you, try re-installing the 1.0.7.0 patch

I am having a few problems once I go into "Server Browser" and I click any of the options (Internet or Sponsored) it closes down for no reason.
I am using IV:MP 0.1 T3.
Any ideas?

Becose the Main list is down , GTA iv doesn`t support it anymore , Use Quick connect

Edit: This is the ip we use now : 95.141.37.186:7173
