Go to Http://www.sa-mp.com/
Then click on downloads then click on littlewhiteys server, then download it.  ;)

Solved and lock.
Note that the latest SA:MP Client is always downloadable on the website of SA:MP itself, just google SA:MP and it should appear as one of the first websites in the results.
