Argonath RPG - What can YOU do to make it a better place?

So today we had a about different communities at school. As I came home I were thinking about this.
 I see some people saying "Argonath is starting to be boring". What can you do to make it more fun? What is really a community? How do you make it fun and a better place to be?
 Take in example the new cops, freecops. People want them removed since they abuse a lot, which is really true, but you can help them doing it instead of wanting to remove them? I see some players saying "abuse" a few seconds after they got suspected by a new cop, or if they get killed by a new cop while fighting with while refusing to move.

So my question is - What can YOU do to make it a better place for the newcomers and the old players?

The biggest Problem in argonath (My opinion) Is Freecops. They should make it like When you played on Argonath for a week THEN you should be allowed Join /Duty If you not wanna be a cop on full time. Them who Has more Knowledge about Roleplaying should be allowed to Make a application, sins it's only some Freecops Or people who are new to roleplay they are Abusing DMING And Blah blah blah.

If someone is new or makes a mistake.. That does NOT make him a noob.

Moaning in /p does NOT work.

Instead of doing that, Contact him and tell him what he did wrong and try to let him understand his own faults, That's the best thing you can do.

You can try make it a better place but your always going to have that certain shittiness to it ... you know what I mean.
What will I do?   Nothing.

I'm a person who comes here for a few hours a day if that to chill out with people I have met during my time here.
I ain't here to ... "better" the server.

As a new players guider i must say,
you can't tell regular members to 'teach them' unlike some of you already said on this topic or are going to say it.
Teaching new players is something you do when you want to do it, when you want to do a little extra for the community.

In my point of view people login to Argonath RPG to enjoy themselves with friends or something else they like to do in their spare time.
And also in my point of view you shouldn't give the regular members of the community the responsibility to look after new players, this should be comming willingly from the community member.

I am not disencouraging regular members to teach new players, but im just saying it shouldn't be their responsibility, its not their task nor their fault.
