Giac can be stupid at times (all of us can, we're only human - some more than others), but he is not this stupid. He's been an admin for quite some time, so he of all people should know not to base any punishment on evidence that doesn't even involved the person who is accused.

Actually he asked for proof that your GROUPS were scamming, not you personally, so no, you don't know 100% for sure that one of your members didn't cheat the system. It doesn't necessarily mean you are at fault as a group, but someone could've just as easily ruined it for all of you.

If it was one or two members doing this from each group, you cannot disqualify the whole group for cheating. Regardless how they cheated. If some people wants to be idiots and cheat votes, then it's up to them, but if the evidence does not involve the leaders of the group; then I clearly see no motive for the group to be disqualified.
