Running both TXD Hack and ENB Series

How can I get TXD Hack and ENB Series to work simultaneously?

I've tried renaming the d3d9.dll file for TXD Hack and using the ProxyLibrary feature from ENB Series, but it only resulted in an error message:

I cant get em either to work togther.

Maybe google could help, but I dont think it is possible to run them at the same time, as both of them are based on the same dll (amirite?)

That doesn't work either. If you try to inject them, one simply ends up overriding the other.
