Urgh, I fucking hate EA. Not only did they ruin FIFA with their retarded bugged releases, but now they come up with this bullshit. I was really looking forward to the prospect of 64 online multiplayers, but I might just get it for the 360 now. Can't be asked with the hassle to be quite honest.

That thing with EA going against Steam etc.. and even more when they don't put ingame browser.. kinda wants me to cancel the pre-order.. but eh.. I'll get it.
It will be annoying to be forced to change servers and so on Internet Explorer etc.. as I've read somewhere, you will need an EA Plugin on the Web Browser (Most likely only for IE.) Where you will have to log-in, into the account by there in order to join any server etc.. :/

just to remember, steam forces that once you release a game through their program, you have to release all following addons and such..Their both companies, and they both want profits, EA's been around for much longer, and never done that, if they did, Steam would never exist. There's no company made to see gamers happy, they all want profit. You guys need a better look at the world though.

I usually like playing in a 16 players servers, beacuse it's less of "Just killing" in 24 players or 32 like in BC2.
Tho now the maps will be bigger.
Tho if you dont want to get it to the PC you should get it to the Xbox, it's better than PS3.

Oh and to check if your PC can run it - go to the BF3 website, insert your computer details there, and then click the "check if my computer can run it" Or something like that.

I dont believe it's fake, you can check alot of games in that sytem.
+, I thought you already had an Xbox ;P Tho buy it for the PC, more players, more options. If i'll get a new PC i'll get it to the PC and we could play together, could be nice to play in team work.

If you buy BF3 on PC, you have to install Origin, a service with a EULA that reserves the right to collect both personal information and personally identifiable information (the second one is the dealbreaker) and sell it to third parties. This is on top of the fact that the Origin service is just badly designed with multiple legal clauses regarding user inactivity and loss of games.

Steam, as a point of comparison, has no such policy regarding personally identifiable information.
