If it's like it's seen on the video, it's crap.
Effects are not even near the once on the PC, quality is downded in quite alot ( I know it's 240p, but still ).

The console multiplayer will probably be quite different from PC multiplayer. It's 24players and 64 players online... so the difference is going to be quite literally - huge.

Yeah I also saw that on the video Xbox quality is much lower with BF3.. And MW3 looks good for me.

Depends what kind of PC you have. For a good PC you pay at least 1000 euros, I'm glad with my PS3 that accomplishes similar results for 250 euros.

As for Battlefield 3, PS3 version looked better to me aswell.

Not better than PC, better as Xbox.

However, there are games in 1080p that have similar graphics to PC on PS3, don't know on Xbox.

All xbox games automaticlly runs on 1080p.

I'm talking about actual pixels, no upscaling.
There are many games that use upscaling to bypass the 720p border on Xbox.
On PS3 this feature can be enabled aswell, but I think a 720p shouldn't be used to upscale.

The resolution is crap, but the resolution cannot be blamed for no (or barely none) shadows, good effects and sounds and indestructable parts of buildings. I was really hoping that buildings could be brought down for 100 percent, not just 25.

As said before, I hope these video's are an impression of develoment and should not display the final result.

  Some buildings wont be able to be brought down 100%. Firstly, like on the paris map -  This is close quarter level so buildings are probably used to confine the game area. Also if you think about it - real buildings withstand massive airplane striked and leave only a concrete shell behind. They don't always topple like a demolition. On that level there is only light tanks and some relatively small explosive weapons. That would take AGES to bring a building down! One more thing, if building fell it would probably block whole of the map 

Secondly, one of the developers reasons, is that in BC2 the gameplay was deteriorated by all the cover being blown up. So they want to keep some things somewhat indestructable to save some cover for defending teams.

I just hate how people in BC2 use a tank to demolish all the houses, hopefully it won't be possible in BF3
Btw, is it correct that there will be fighterjets?

Yes, there were times in BC2 there was almost no cover, especially when the enemy team brings 2 or more tanks and just shoot whoever passes by.


BF3 will be fucking awesome.
