  You know, I can't believe how many people are complaining that it is the same map as alpha. They are getting to play the game a month before release date? WTF are they moaning about? I can't friggin' wait until beta starts.

Is the beta only for the medal of honor limited edition copy holders? I do have one, but if they say it's an open beta I dont understand what's the point..

For medal of honour punters you get the 48 hour early access to beta. Like I did by pre ordering from Origin.

  On 26th September, Beta for MoH and BF3 Origin pre orders will open.
  On 29th September it is public beta where everyone will be able to play.

Jcstoods, i recently bought a Gigabyte GTX 560OC Ti been playing BF BC2 on higest without problems, you will prolly be able to run BF3 on medium/high with it my current setup =

6 Gb ram
Gigabyte GTX 560OC Ti
1 TB
Direx 11
windows 7 64 bit

so yeah i'm ready to strap into the boots and go play BF3 till i drop the weekend after release

You should get a 8 GB ram, it's not much more expensieve, and it's worth it.

At the moment I have an i5, 4gb ram and with the HD5770 I can play BC2 on highest settings with no problem... but the GTX 560 is the BF3 recommended card and is about 1.5x the price of the one I own... so should be a decent upgrade if I need it at all.

  Will probably be buying an extra 8gb of ram since the price seems to have dropped since I last bought!

Yep it has. and in my opinion you should buy a GTX 560, if you want a good performance in BF3.

i'm running tripple channel on my ram, a 4th would actually reduce the performance... also for 1 stick it's expensive.

i would had to go with x3 4gb then Sad i can't afford it tro :P my computer upgrade list is --> HD --> PSU ---> CPU ( probaly going to overclock ) Ram.
