Can't download MTA

I got a prob to, I cant download MTA, it contains a virus, so i put of my virus protection but then still, it gives some error when opening it or when deleting it, so i cant even delete it :roll:

Yeah, I know, I downloaded that one, but as soon as it's finished, I cant run the MTAInstall05.exe or delete it either...

Ty, this one actualy downloads ok, but I still cant run it :P
It gives an error, I cant translate it that well because it's in dutch but I'll give it a try:

c:/documents and setting/martijn rijnja/bereaublad/MTAInstall05.exe is not a valid Win32-application.

And when I try to delete it, it says something like:

Cannot delete MTAInstall05.exe. It's being used by someone or a program that is in use. Close all programs that may make use of the program and try again.

Also after you have tried opening the file,
go to Task Manager Processes and see if there is a process running which has 'MTA' in it.

Your Windows Installer might be damaged... Like I do.

1. Click START, and then click RUN.
2. In the OPEN box, Type msiexec /unreg, and then click OK
3. When this process is complete, click START, and then click RUN.
4. In the OPEN box, type msiexec /regserver, and then click OK.
5. Install MTA.

Another one possible...

1. Open a command prompt. (Start ->Run-> type "CMD.EXE" or "command")
2. Type msiexec /unregister and press Enter.
3. Type msiexec /regserver and press Enter.
4. Install MTA.

I did all these too, but me it's for MSN Messenger...

Thx man, for helping me out with this, but I solved it I installed it on an other computer and put it on a memory tck then put it on my computer and then it worked

When I try to put MTAClient on a memorystick and put it on my computer it keeps automaticly deleting it. It doesnt accept MTAClient.exe! aaaaaaa, can anyone plzzzz help me. :roll:
