I have quite the request for you but I also have an alternative option if you feel the original one may be to much of a task to handle. If you are however able to do it, here is alittle information, I'd like it to be an animated signature featuring the 3 main jobs I have here on Argonath, firstly my administrative duties, secondly my San Fierro Police Department / SWAT Team Leader duties, and lastly my Argonath Defence Force duties. Below is sort of a request format for you to go off of. Thanks in advance if you can take on this task!

Request 1:
Text: SkyHawk / SA:MP Administrator
Color: Doesn't matter, whatever your artistic abilities desire.
Font: Whatever looks best.
Backround: Something to do with an administrative position.
Effects: Something that would really catch the eye of someone.
Notes: Have fun with it!

Request 2:
Text: SkyHawk / San Fierro Police Department / SWAT Team Leader
Colors: Doesn't matter, whaever your artisitic abilities desire.
Font: Whatever look best.
Backround: Something involving policing duties, maybe a HQ shot of the San Fierro skyline or SFPD.
Effects: Something that would really catch the eye of someone.
Notes: Maybe try to make this signature have an animation of San Fierro Police Department and SWAT Team Leader "switch off" as in take turns in rotation.

Request 3:
Text: SkyHawk / Argonath Defence Force
Colors: Doesn't matter, whatever your artisitic abilities desire.
Font: Military style.
Backround: Something involving a military setting.
Effects: Something that would really catch the eye of someone.
Notes: Have fun with it!

I know this is a big request but it would be damn sweet and I would wear it with pride! I would also add a redirection link in my signature to your topic. Also remember I want it to be an animated signature rotating between the 3 signatures, aswell as the animation in the second signature. Also if you could, make the animations pretty cool looking, Im not a fan of just the rotating signature like my current signature has.
