In late 2010 Simon walked off the train at Linden Station, Las Venturas. The area was a bit desert but good enough for his projects. He called a taxi, but after two hours no-one came. He looked the area, found a stone and broke the left window of a Merit, turned it's engine on and went on Julius Thruway..
After some hours he finally entered Los Santos where he wanted to find any of his brother friends. When he got an SMS informing that his brother disappeared.. From that time Simon started his own life..
Now, having a good social business (for not paying taxes), a cool house in Dillimore and some cars, he finaly got the idea to build his own cartel, and to compete with other etnical gangs. From basic view, all business is legal, but Simon sometimes sells weed or guns, kill unliked cops and citizens..
But as some older members got expulsed by the Boarder Control, the Cartel is in search of new members..
