This was made on porpuse, We aren't going to force the Players to turn an engine on every time they enter a vehicle as it would be Forced Roleplay, Instead we made it optional.

Sorry, but I'm starting to doubt you even comprehend my statement; it's not about forced role-play, it's the lack of script knowledge. The point is to optimize the engine command by checking if a vehicler's engine is ALREADY turned on, instead of spamming the command twice to turn on the engine when it already is turned on, and turn it off. I am not a simple-minded person complaining about something I know nothing about, because in this case, I know exactly what I am talking about: you are using a couple of new functions the 0.3c revision provided and are simply lazy or incapable of doing what I suggested. Don't take this to offense, but it looks like the scripting abilitiy standarts were lowered in order for you to get accepted as trial.
