This is not a moaning topic. This is a topic to where while playing SA:MP cases of irony can be found. Let me start us off by posting the biggest case of irony.


/ad cost less than $200 a year ago. It was being very abused to where the price got raised to $500 for /ad. Now, since people can't afford /ad, /ad is being abused even more than before the price got changed.

Pretty ironic isn't it?

It would be ironic that the price got changed so people would stop abusing it and yet there's even more abusing then before.

But if people can't afford to use /ad, how is it being abused even more? :neutral:

Pretty ironic how you don't know how much /ad used to cost a year ago and still bother to moan about it.

However, raising the price of /ad was a thoughtless idea considering it has been so long since it was added and is so easy to fix script-wise.

Oh, when you arrived on Argo it was $500 already.
/ad costed $50. Not per line, just $50. And dayum, it was perfect...

The reason it was changed was because of people not knowing their limits.
If only players understood that we do not make scripts in order to abuse them to the limits, we could make much more cool things. Unfortunately the first thing people do when they see a new script is looking for wayt to get something free from it, see if it works with hacks or other ways to abuse.
More than 50% of our script lines are to defend the commands from people trying to take advantage.

Do not roleplay a veteran on discord, be a veteran in game.

You gave a poor excuse to make ad $500. It's being abused more now.. and I thought administration was supposed to handle abuse ;)
