But I would still suggest you to remove your mods and the screenshots of your mods too. If you don't, something bad might happen...

There was a rule before from the SA:MP developers team that this was seen as cheating. Thsi is why we would not allow it 'officially'. They are now on our point of view. Anything that does not alter the gameplay to give you an advantage is allowed. If what is altered changes the gameplay and might give an advantage it is a bannable offense.

So at the time there is nothing wrong in changing your car skins, if you know how to do it in a way it does not affect the handling.

Hmm... The handling.cfg you change does NOT affect the samp.saa file
