Ok, this is idea from MTA:VC. As subject says, i think if we could add command /c sethit <HitmanNick>
<VictimNick> <Amount> <Reason> . And /c hitmen, to see list, also /c accepthit, /c refusehit, /c target <hitman> and /c whohit <himan>. It will be good, in my opinion. But you decide.

aXXo has said like 1 trillion times. Setting a hit on someone, should NOT be open. If the guy knows he's got hitmen after him, then thats boring dude!

May I remind you there's no hitmen on VCMP Argo. Why? Because ppl instead of spending few K's on hitman prefer to buy a M4 for 1200 and hunt the target themselfs.

Well this command looks like setting a bounty rather than a hit.

A hit is when you contact a private hitman and give him a job to assassinate some target.
A bounty is when you place a price on someone's head and whoever kills him gets it.

Both of them does not need commands.

You can use public '/me' for bounty
And a cellphone/CB radio/Local chat for hitman job.
