NEED MORE ADMINS

I think we should let the owners and managers make the decisions like these. It's easy for us to make comments about the administration system, but it is harder for them to actually make the decision.
Why should a specific date be given? Personally, I don't like working on a deadline, and I suppose many people are the same.


What was the point of the topic anyhow? I understand you are trying to help, but I believe the owners and managers would notice and correct any significant problem. If you have genuinely noticed a problem, I'm sure they also have

but ye... just the admin : player ratio isnt looking so good anymore

when i first joined there was 1-2 admins at most times.. now im lucky to log in with an admin

The owners will open the moderator applications when they feel ready that the admin team need new recruits, that's the best answer here I think.

Half the server population needs to grow up before they can even be considered to be an admin...I try to be as active as I can on weekdays managing school, and after school baseball which is why I try to devote most of my time to admin duties on the weekends to make up for that time I didn't spend during the week. But as stated before, you want more admins? Grow up and stop acting like children so we have a larger player base to select from instead of having 3-5 new admins per wave that upper command staff can choose to be trust worthy with certain commands..

I actually have to fully agree with what skyhawk said.. All us admins / Moderators are devoted to this server but we all have IRL things... now Bowling season just finished for me so I will be on longer during the week... but please remember we are humans just like you admins are just players who are entrusted to make sure other players have a safe area to have fun... that's all... Please keep that in mind whenever you get frustrated.
