/Sus(pect)

Hello,

I was thinking of adding a limitation to the /sus(pect) command. Precisely said, limit the needed perimeter for the suspect to become valid.
It is getting abused much and usually, police officers are far away from the suspected person. Would be good if it was limited to around 50-100m.

If you gona change perimiter of /su u must make it enough wide enough for situations like this: Officer pullovers the guy driving fast car , guy evades and officer cannot /su. But on another side u have to make it enough big so it cant be abused like sueing person that is very very away from you.
