Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps basically it is a program to ready Highschool and College students interested in pursuing a career in the military. Not sure if they offer it in countrys such as Europe, Africa, ect. but it is a big thing here in the United States that many former and possible soldiers go through before enlisting into the Army.

Army and such things: Until official army gets released/announced, such are to be considered as RP group/gang with active recruitment.

Firstly No military force can get a copyright because its not allowed until a force is chosen for Official status.

If i remember right your not aloud to use already trade markered real life intsitustions. but here is the proof the U.S. Department of Defense has ownership of the phrase and trademark of "United States Army"

Also as a "Judge" in the same court, isnt it major conflict of interests to sue in the same court on behalf of USAA?

I am in the British Air Training Corps, which is training teenagers for the Royal Air Force in Britain, which is a similar kind of thing I suppose.

1. It's not about it. You cannot use "United State Army Reserve" if there is "United States of Argonath Army is created". "United States" it self IRL are not copyrighted as far as I know.

2. United States in this game = Argonath. Therefore, cannot be used..

3. Even if I sue, I cannot lead my case. Either my Assistant Judge will take care of it, either one of the Supreme Judges.

4. Taylor. Do you mind if I create a company "Argonath Defence Force Reserve" - ? Why not? Get the point?
