if you have low life you can go to hospital and use the command /heal and your life will be full  (not sure how much $)
for wanted the command wont be available

Hmm.. I think they have planned paramedic in RS2, but good idea of RS1

Also, I would like to add, there should be a certain time limit to as to NOT abuse the command...

In RS2 there will be maybe doctor duty. So you can call them or go yourself to the hospital. Of course there will be and doctors who can be bribed by suspects for health. It'll be cool to have /911 [situation] command for emergency situations.
