Hi, ive got some ideas. I think that time of jail for suspect is too low. It should be like 15-60 minutes, coz people have fun with it and it is possible to make jail organisation which would hire guards etc. Now it makes no sense to be jailed.
Other idea is that i think that expensive cars should be able to buy in Grotti's not at the airport. It would looks rp and nice etc.
Also i think police should be closed organisation like fbi, coz theyre often breakin rules and my friend, who is in lcpd said that they're not co-operatin etc.

Perhaps a command that asks you, once the jail time is over, to return to the normal world?

As for expansive vehicles at Grotti's: There is being worked on RS2.0, i'm sure other islands will get supported with such things by then!

1hr? A bit TOO much, think of it like this, I get 1hr to play before doing something, I get jailed and....I have to stay there -.- wow....
I think 2-3 mins should be more than enough.

Well in servers in samp you can get 30 min to even xx hours of jail, coz of rulebreakin, so i dont think that is too much. Well if you have to go, u will spawn next time in jail, easy. But of course i see that you dont wanna this, so i thinkk a command like Ryan said would be good.

No-one would turn themselves in if the jail time is so long. So cops have even less chance of jailing the suspect and earning bigger money.

Whoever made/scripted that server is a sadist who enjoys such things. I support a range from 15 to 350 seconds.

Argonath is a free role play server which does not distinguish IC from OCC, however, that does not restrict you from using it. You are obliged NOT to force IC/OOC on others, but you can RP that way. We respect any way of role playing. About Meta/Power gaming, we definitely don't support it.

Many of our role players adopted to this: Public chat would be out of your character and /me, /l, /s, /w etc is your character's talk.

For that purpose in jail should be added some features/commands like selling drugs (or any other thing) to others inside from which the suspect can earn some money. In such way the extended jail time can be spent interesting from the suspect not just to stay on one place and wait to get out. That is just an idea.

We will probably get some kind of "Mordor - Maximum Security Prison" in GTA IV too. Lets not forget that SA:MP jail time is 15-180 seconds, so I suggest it stay for 15-180 seconds as regular jailing time, but when we get more scripts there could also be a mordor.

This is a guess, but I can tell you now that you broke rules and where placed in Admin Jail which is why it was for 30minutes. There is no way that we will change jailing a suspect for over 180 seconds.
