Well imo Car kill is ok. (It should be allowed, currently it is not)

DB allowed on vehicle only (Thats the way it is currently, we can have a warn for killing by DB)
Actually VCMP has a feature to disable DB completely....so players wont be able to shoot at all, but it causes SMG desync on foot sometimes.

and Heli Kill? Should be allowed. (currently it is not allowed)

Now I'm really dissapoint :S I don't know what to say. I made the topic in order to give ideas for restricting some things, and all I see u guys want to allow it more.

To be honest, car/heli kill wouldn't annoy me so much, but it's not fair...I mean like, imagine some fucking lagger comes into a heli when u robbing a bank, you're on open space, he lags so much that u ignored him at first - he was too high in air to heli blade you. But 1 second, and the dude just heli bladed u coz he warped. Then, he insults you on chat and thinks he's a pro cause he heli bladed someone.

I know we can't limit someone about things that are included in game, such as car killing.

I thought about reducing cop's reward if they heli blade/car kill someone, even if that's stupid. Bwehehehh, imagine cops getting no money for killing someone coz they used booN
