Guys, that's radioactive fallout, not the radiation from a nuclear meltdown. You would need a pretty large-scale nuclear disaster to happen at once for it to cause such a fallout across the planet, which at that point, you might as well consider nuclear winter, which is the end of mankind as we know it.

Shit.. but I'm not really concerned right now as it's not an accurate representation.

If it was serious enough, United States would've canceled flights to Japan to avoid risk of contamination of their jets.

Well, the opposite happened.

They detected radiation on several planes that landed in Dallas and Chicago. They're screening anything that came from Japan..
