This will obviously not happen as the server is clearly both-sided, and whoever is a civilian must be forced to choose one of the ''sides'' to get priviliges such as armour and more..

Yea, armour's probably an extra pull for people to either join a criminal group (with a gang HQ) or the police force.

Otherwise we'd probably have a lot of mercenaries everywhere.
