Can this be regarded as "Healing in combat"?

So yeah, I was accused for Healing in combat lately.

I was a cop going after Cofi, blew up his car we started the fight at Verona(Red box in the picture). Then i was low on health, and took my Cruiser and went to Clukin' bell Near Rodeo (Blue dot in picture). The thing is, i was then accused for Healing in combat. Where as i was more than 200 Meters away from the suspect(Wasn't even visible in my radar). I only know that healing while in combat and when the guy is nearby- is regarded as Healing in Combat. And now i went AFK, Went back In game, and saw myself copbanned. And when i asked JDC why was i copbanned, his answer was.. (Can be seen in the chatlog given below)

Healing in combat : no.
AFK : depends on situation. If you went AFK while surrounded then it is against rules.

Well, as you were the officer, and its YOUR job to chase the suspect, if the suspect came back to kill you when he was off the map before, and you were paused, that's not pausing is it?

It's only suspects that there is a rule against going AFK, to my knowledge going AFK as a cop is allowed? Unless JDC made up a new rule

Well i somehow found out that, I was copbanned for Pausing in combat. But i'll still say that-

As far as healing in combat, defiantly wasn't. Healing in combat is if you take refuge in a bistro or food place and when you get hurt you heal or if you are in a gun fight and are almost dead then you run inside a food place to get food, when you were still fighting.

Another two cops came, that kept me bussy, while you enter it and re-heal.

This, would be healing in combat. He obviously knew where you went and everything.

FYI, I didn't enter the Burger shot in Marina to Re-heal, I entered to the Cluckin Bell at Market(The blue dot), Which is far away from the fight Zone.

Ofc, It was made later. But as i said, I didn't enter Burger shot in Marina. I entered the Cluckin Bell in Market. I'll request logs.
And yeah, How can you say that i entered the Burger shot at Marina. You were busy fighting the other two cops, while i went towards the PD Cruiser, Took it and head to Market Cluckin Bell. You must be confused because my Blip must have disappeared at the Burget shot. That's because i passed it, Went north in the same direction and turned at the Wide Long road of Market and entered the Cluckin bell. Anyways, I've Requested logs. If i get the logs, i'll post them here.

I've enough idea about Rules. So i wouldn't even do that knowingly.

You get punished by a Moderator so you get butt-hurt about it and seek defense from Owners / Higher Admins. Did you know that such conduct by Admins will get them fired from the team instantly?

I did not make up any new rules. The two rules that were involved is that it is forbidden to heal in combat and to abuse pausing in combat. As far as I know, you broke both by escaping the active combat in order to heal, while abusing ESC as well.

You deserve a ban for moaning and fabricating.

Healing in Combat-You saw it that Ronnel, Himself denied that. There's no rule that i can't run away during a shootout. If i would have healed at Burger shot in Marina, I would have agreed that i healed in Combat. But i was far away from the War zone, Cofi, and the Burger shot.

Pausing in Combat-Yes i paused. But.. No one was around me at the time i paused, Not even Cofi. Yes it must have happened that i paused, after some 30 seconds or more Cofi must have come to kill me but he saw me AFK and thought i paused not to die. BUT! I went AFK when no one was around me.

I'm just here for answer and justice. Not to complain about anyone. I would not have created this topic or anything if it was all true, If it was true i would have confessed it myself or Would have just stayed quiet. Not even questioning you in Main chat.

The cluckin bell is 1 block east from the blue dot AFAIK.

If you escape combat, I'd count that as disengaging and not being in combat any more. So if you disengaged and fled, while the attacker was busy engaging other targets, I would count that as not being in combat any more.
