As I understand, this will be a PM contest. As can be expected, answers will be taken from friends/clan members by some of the participants, which is totally unfair.
So, why don't you have the contest in another private server which can be set up by Gimli, then come back to main server, read the question and the correct answer out(so that people will know what the history of Argonath is) and then call out the winners?

I came up to the idea, that the first correct answer wins. The contest is won by player with the most first-correct-answers

But certainly, we can change it, if you've got another idea!

Yes. If contestor did not take part but contacted the host before it - the fee will be refunded.
