You're a cop anyway, if you want SAPD or SWAT you will have to go through the SAPD Cadet process like everyone else who is a cop.

UC rights will not be handed out and SWAT is exclusive to select criminals; SWAT is currently full.

UC rights will not be handed out to anyone, they would have if FBI agreed to the week but that's too bad. SWAT is exclusive to select criminals and is currently full.

Well Marlen is kind of closed,Richard is reopening it in a week and nobody is aloud to put on a tag yet but its kind of tag less Marlen.

FBI are not the only people who can go UC. Certain SAPD people can.
