I would say we must remove it, but now that I have considered it we actually need it and that is only for one use.
If a suspect is fleeing in a Helicopter only then may the annihilator be used to bring down their heli.

"IF", is a relative term. It might get abused. Else, the LCPD personnel member should get demoted if they use a Helicopter for a non-flying suspect. OK?

I think high limitations will do work. You maybe tested the annihilator in the regular MP. It is harder to shoot down man on foot then in a car because he can hide almost everywhere. When I played it was even better to be on foot than in heli. If you stop for sec while in air with the annihilator - you are down. One rocket - job done. Thats why I prefered rocket launcher, a lot of ammo and fast car. The annihilator is most effective in Heli VS Heli as Devin told, I can confirm it. If you all think that miniguns will be abused then ban only them somehow but not remove the heli.

I don't know...it seems pretty deadly already! A smart user the other day came up with the very creative idea of using it's blades to flip and heavily damage my delivery truck when police had trouble stopping me with normal means.

That was me  . I use it regularly when we can't stop suspects. You were with the black truck (the one next to gas station on main road), right?

Couldn't the current Annihilator be shared with Noose and FBI?

The use of Annihilator is currently only restricted to NOOSE, Nobody has yet NOOSE rights. But it will stay.
The usage of it is simple, the Tactical Response Unit of NOOSE will be able to use that vehicle in any case.
Fast Transportation. For sure it's totaly radical and not really realistic to start shooting on the ground. The
Weaponary should only be used on other Helicopters and Suspects that evade with them. Otherwise the
Annihilator will serve a fast transportation and arrival of it's passagers to/on location.

And no, FBI's objectives are far from taking other Helicopters down. They would have to coorperate with
NOOSE who has that possbility. FBI is restricted to use their Maverick instead. In wich world would we be
if all would be fair and everyone gets everything?

If it would be my desicion, I wouldn't have the Annihilator as Void stated since there is to much moaning about it.

Specially on SA:MP, if you're cleaver enough and are competent enough you can catch criminals easily.

And if you want a helicopter, use a regular Maverick or something.

enough, they be fast and try to land as soon as possible in some save area, especially since they are not marked Orange
on the Mini map.

My point Tai is simple, people will create moaning topics as they always do and say the law enforcement have more and are overpowered due to those mass murding vechiles with miniguns.

And they have more script support than the others.

I do not force to be a Criminal, I am trying to keep my streets clean. I won't ever try to support Criminal actions... thats the point. What SA:MP players forgot is that THIS IS NOT A COP AND ROBBERS server. The objective of the LCPD is to keep street clean, not that everyone kills each other with same advantages.
And at the end I got a simple solution for you, try making a Buisness job or a default one instead of running around scaring people.

PS: Criminal is a role a Citizen took, it does not get scripts support and it definetly will not be promoted from Development side. It is just a Roleplay type you can choose.
