Thank you for contributing with your idea. Here is my review of it:

...We do not need another "Remove Hydra" episode as our colleagues on SA:MP. Remove the Annihilator, as it is way to destructive and useless(Liberty City is a chaotic concrete jungle, which's warfare should be fought on the ground.

My personal opinion is that it should be used only from NOOSE because it is supposed for tactical assist, deployes, etc. Besides in future when NOOSE is active again it will often cooperate with FBI in operations.

Tactical assists? One bullet from that machine gun and three people are dead. That vehicle brings more chaos than help.
The streets of Liberty City have an urban warfare puff. The "battles" are supposed to be fought on the streets. It would be dull to see an Annihilator, chasing a vehicle in pursuit.

I agree with Void, as far as I remember CBFasi chased me in one for some time, lol and I was on foot... it kinda looked like "over-kill" and seeing as things will be for a while(no Z-angle and other axis not synced properly either) I'd say it's pretty useless...

I would say we must remove it, but now that I have considered it we actually need it and that is only for one use.
If a suspect is fleeing in a Helicopter only then may the annihilator be used to bring down their heli.

It's quite hard to aim and shoot with the annihilator on moving vehicle. Of course there will be limitations when the miniguns can be used (in which situatuations) so as to not abuse with it.

Edit: Another advantage of this heli is the speed.

If you realy want to add it then make it for Noose and FBI high ranked and make strict rules about using it(example: allow to use it in situations like this: guy planted bomb on his car and he is on highway driving to center of town to activate it.)

Only one Annihilator for both the FBI and NOoSE... So there can't be two birds (= annihilator) in the air at the same time.

Also, once it is shot down, you won't be able to get another for 15 minutes.
