Remove Noose vehicles

I heard noose is closed , so why not remove  noose vehicles to make car slots for state owned cars so others can use them.
Ofcourse , in future bring them back because there will be more car slots

NOOSE is not closed, it is merely in a form of development.
It has been decided that NOOSE will be "opened/setup" after the LCPD setup is complete and it will be made up of only the best of the best candidates at a later point in time.

In regards to the vehicles:
Why not just release them when Noose is ready?

Why to remove:
New players usually get in them in the masses and this can cause flooding, they will also get frustrated and so do regulars when there are these cars available but you cannot use.
They will be useless until NOOSE is released - will not be soon.

Just need to put the script part with NOOSE vehicle in comment then release comment when its time to put them back ... No?.

I am not active on GTA IV at all, but...

 Seems silly that although you have an extremely limited number of vehicles, you have special reservations to NOOSE and FBI - which I imagine are not very active.

FBI is active...

Noose ...0% of activity.

I had this idea earlier and talked to dell, altho I still support the idea, dell said there would be too many complications...

True, removing NOOSE cars will free up some car slots, but it is only about 10 cars which belong to NOOSE,
so it is not worth it and will in the long run cause more work when they have to be placed again.
Its simply not worth doing for about 10 cars.

but that does NOT mean they are inactive..
