You are not required if:

Is a holiday (and you want a holiday name).
Undercover Operation

You can commit crimes in Collin. You can not commit crimes that require a C30, or crimes that involve killing FBI/SAPD/SWAT/ARPD (cops). You can not take hostages. You can not make bomb threats. You can not cause a 211 (Armed Robbery). You can not commit MAJOR crimes. Minor crimes such as traffic violations, refusing to comply, evading etc. are allowed as long as you do not shoot/kill any police officers.

You are required to give up when:

You are wanted for Murder.
You are wanted for an invalid crime.
You are with another Collin Member. (2 or more Collin's can not participate in criminal activity together)

And lastly

Now that I am back to full activity I will be starting again with the weekly meetings and events.

I was born on a pretty warm day 9th October, 1978. My parents were working for Las Venturas Police Department, my mom was working in the office with the documents while my dad was working as a police officer. He had several accidents, he was shot in the stomach twice but he got back to work only 4 days after he was shot. They called him ''The man of steel''. My mom wasn't very famous in the police, she was just a ''nerd'' who's working hard all-day without a break, as I heard.
I was quite good in school, I had almost all good marks, except those boring subjects such as history, chemistry... When I finished the primary school, we had to move to San Fierro where I met a great guy, Lincoln. He's only 4 years older than me but he was already in the police academy. I went to the High School in Kings but I quitted after I failed the final exams in 4th grade.
Lincoln used to spend his free time with me and some friends and I really liked the 'academy stories'. I asked my dad if I could join the academy and become ''The man of steel'' there but he said: ''You may join, but please, do not become ''The man of steel'', just take care and try to stay safe.'' I got into the academy and became an SFPD officer 2 years after. I had great time with my unit (Lincoln, Aca and Carlo) but I had to make a break due to father's death. I thought he died because of the disease he had, but no, he didn't, I found out that he got killed by the organised crime family, one of the most powerful at that time. I collected the evidence, putted them all together and called my unit to open the case. We're not will working on the case and we're about to finish it and send those bastards to the jail by the support of the SWAT Team.

To whom it may concern:

I ,Craft Collin, am officially leaving the family. We don't roleplay together or do events like we use to. Sometimes teddy has some events but other then that nothing. I feel as though _Collin is just a extra tag at the end of my name. I'm tired of being suspected for evade or something(which is allowed) and getting pms from everyone saying "omfg Collin is a legal family screened and in ping to report you on the forums."   

I miss the old roman who was active and who was on a lot of the time of which I was active. Personally I have been thinking about this for a while, but I haven't left at that time because of the people that I will list here:

Mr Roman Collin: You are the best man I know. Your always helping people or doing someone to benefit others.

Teddy Collin: You are the primary reason why I did not leave. You would insult me but for some reason I found it funny, also I felt that you really enjoyed me. Thank you teddy for everything that you did for me. Such as accepting me into the Collin family, helping me with other games, and always bein there to talk to.

Raph Collin: I enjoyed everything with you. Yesterday night when you where on "heart attack Patrol" was one of the funiest moments in argonath.

Aldo: (I don't know if you still in Collin) but I am thankful for the constructive criticism it really help me a lot.

Jack: You are always funny in main chat. You are one of my best friends in Collin. You will be missed.
