we basically are non-existent any longer. Our family holds no meetings, no parties. Nothing seems to be going on.

I've exams behind the corner I must prepare for, my activity will be heavily decreased for 1.5 months atleast.

If you leave now will you go through normal application process and be treated as a normal applicant, actually with a lot more rudeness. This is not a family there you can leave and go as you want, either you stay and support it no matter what or you leave it and find a new spot.
It's up to you.

However, Teddy, I need someone to fill my position temporary due to my absence. I'll not be able to do the things that's expected by me.

Roman isn't needed to organise an event, neither are anyone else. I'm busy in real life, so are Teddy and Roman have recently came back from his inactivity so he still attempt to establish a good activity. If you want to do something, host it and lay the start for our travel. We aren't any organisation there a leader is needed to organise anything, though I do concour he's needed to maintain the relation within family members.
