It took me quite a long time to analyze all the individuals for the Collin Family Leader Assistant position.  First of all, I want to thank everyone who have shown interest in applying for the position. I could totally say that out of 268 people who have applied, major part were not even a member of the family. Another third were members of organizations which Collin does not allow, which is quite interesting fact to know. Anyway, despite all these issues of applicants and their current status, I have reviewed every single one. Everything was noted. When you joined the community, the way you behave, the way you talk and the way you can express your emotions and so the list goes on. Everyone thought, think, and probably will think that I am inactive. Have you ever thought that I could have been there in game with you every day, talking to you, driving with you, asking you questions... Anyway, now it's besides the point.

The Collin Family was, in fact is and will be the most prestigious and glorious family in the whole community. Back in the day when I decided to move on and make something gorgeous like The Collin Family, I did could not even imagine that it will come to a point of such success. And you know what, without your help, without Aldo, Ted, and everyone else who contributed so much time and energy into this family, into our success, without every single member who believed in us, I don't think we could have accomplished such level. After all, I would like to thank everyone for what they did - those who was supporting us, and even those who was against us, for opening our eyes on many issues concerning the family.

I think I've told enough. Now this is the time for the moment which you were waiting for very long time. After going through all applicants, I have stuck in a choice between two. Both of those two are long term members of the family; however, one of those people was proactive back in a day, another one is rolling a stone now. Dillon, I am sorry, it took me a lot of time to think over and over again, and the decision did not fall on you... The decision has been made. New Leader Assistant will take care of hiring process for corporation as well as leading the family. The new Leader Assistant does get the power to remove and add family members to leadership positions, but I do insist that he talks to me before any of such a major decisions are made. There is no trial period as I trust the person I am choosing. There will be no wrong decisions made by the leader, simple, because opinions might not match.

I would like to present you the following person - a man who has potential. A man who is willing to help even if he is running out of time. A man who had not been seen as he seen now. Please welcome to the brand new, main leadership position after the founder, Mister James Bond Collin!

Congratulations on your new position. The title has been issued to you and in game rights will be slightly updated, such as CB owner rights and ability officially represent the family at any government meetings and anything related to that.

First of all, I would like to Welcome Mister James Bond Collin. He is a good person with all the potential. He actually deserves to be in the main leadership. I've been working out with the applicants since a while and Mister James Bond Collin always helped me out with all decisions. He is a person who deserves more and does more than he can. A good person, a good friend, a good manager and a person who is always available on time. Mister Roman, you've taken a well decision.

Mister Roman Collin, we assure you that we'll never let the Collin Family down. We'll keep managing it for all times. It is a prestigious and respected Family and it still will be like this or will improve more.
