Greetings Collin family, In recent weeks we have been watching your groups progress and noticed your activity keep rising in roleplay scenarios and in general.
So we are pleased to announce that you have received the Recognized status for your group ingame, Which will add more to your vehicle limit ingame and a HQ funded Headquarters will be granted to your group which all members in your /group will be able to login and spawn at.

In light of the recent changes and updates, I would like to thank everyone from the bottom of my heart. I have Founded Collin in 2011 and we've had our ups and downs, as a start up, it was quite challenging to get by, especially as a "Legal" group. Some people thought it was a joke and it won't get anywhere.
Would you look at us 6 years down the road!
I would like to take a minute and thank [R*]John, Andrew Collin and others who have not given up on Collin and led it while I was away for roughly 3 years. I kept popping up once every few month but nothin major. Well, to be honest, I was pleasantly surprised to have seen John in game contact me, show me the Collin parking lot with quite a nice number of cars, show me around, and take me back up to speed. I joined back and been online daily ever since March of this year. Slowly but surely, family is back and our current members are amazing. Truly.
With new roles we get a new responsibility, and some might not be happy with decisions that our command staff takes, yet we do what is best for the family. I hereby announce Andrew Collin as a new member of Council. I hereby announce that Julian Garver will be moved from High Council to senior family member and will stay with us.
A little of topic, I would also take a moment to thank HQ CMD from the bottom of my heart:
MrTrane - for taking your time to teach me everything in RS5, this guy spent countless hours by helping me learn how it all works all over again, changes and updates, commands and rules. Trane, honestly this has been a great experience and the way you pushed me to become better every day and giving me a shot at SAPD even though everyone were against.
Brian - this guy does not like to talk much.. but straight to the point. At first I did not like you at all.. especially the changes that happened with SFDS :p but when I got to know you, you're actually a pretty cool guy to hang out with. Thank you for taking your time and taking me back to the FBI and letting me become a part of its new beginning.
Andeey - Liles to quiz me in game with random questions.. haha love it. Random conversations, undivided attention any time I message you, and great friendly conversations that we have once every blue moon. Thanks for being there for us, for the community.
Carbon.. - we just recently got to know each other but I'm sure it's just the beginning. Thanks for your support with Collin during my inactivity and this kind of attention will go a long way. We're proud to have you as a senior member. Also thanks for all your help with family events
Gandalf - we talked so much about life and all during all these years. I won't even say anything. Great guy. Period. Wish you were a little more active but life happens
And now, to all combined, thank you for making this decision and recognizing Collin. We truly appreciate this gesture.
