Thanks to the kindness of some rather skilled designers (mappers), we now offer "al fresco" services at our restaurant in Fort Carson. Unfortunately, the first night we opened was not that delightful, and showed to us one of the disadvantages of open air dining. Everything was fine. Just Mike and I setting up the area. We got a customer who was just looking forward to sipping a coffee outdoors. Unfortunately a crazy thug with a gun threatened us all at one point and demanded some of our goods before speeding off in the customer's vehicle. In order to compensate for the psychological trauma that the customer went through, we offered him services free of charge for the upcoming week. I really want to ask our governors about gun control following this unpleasant event.

There are more customers to be talked about. One day, during which Mike and I were discussing about buying a limousine in order to be able to offer even more services, we noticed an army car pull up in our parking lot. The man who got out was dressed in a black trenchcoat. He claimed that he had to leave the town really soon and after further discussions, he claimed he only wanted mashed potatoes. Mike and I prepared the mashed potatoes as soon as possible, going through the processes of peeling, boiling and mixing them up with milk. Unfortunately, when we went back outside, the customer had vanished. Out of the blue, though, he returned, without any notice, and had his meal. Just a few minutes afterwards, a police officer showed up and the two men threatened each other with guns, after which the weird guy dressed in black decided to leave the area. The officer took a seat and decided that he wanted a burger with everything and coffee. Mike and I once again prepared the food as quickly as possible, and ended up satisfying our new customer.

On yet another day, while I was handling the restaurant all alone, I noticed a man who got out of a sports car. He was in a rush and only demanded an Americano coffee and a slice of pizza with ham, chicken and cheese. He was promptly served with the takeout, after which he quickly left, not before thanking me for the lovely service.

The Collin Family Restaurant and the Collin Family Doughnuteria can now provide delivery services to customers! Are you in the mood for a hot pizza or a really sweet doughnut? What about some pasta? Just give us a call (643542) and we will get to your location as soon as possible!

Two more customers showed up at our restaurant. It seems that the "al fresco" setting is rather successful, considering that no one has been willing to eat inside ever since we managed to set up the tables outside. Both of these customers seemed to be of British descent, although one of them seemed to be a Northener, due to his heavy and almost incomprehensible accent. The Northener, who seemed to be into sports, demanded to have just a bottle of water, after initially requesting burgers. I let him know that such a meal would be unhealthy for him, so he changed his mind right away. The other British person, who was a cab driver, demanded some tea with milk (CHAI). I went inside, not sure of what to do, but after mixing up the ingredients, it turned out that I made some high quality tea, which pleased the customer. The Northener seemed to have literally run away by the time I went back outside with the order. The cab driver was pleased of the services offered by the restaurant, and I suggested for him to spread the word amongst his fares. He took to the idea immediately. Hopefully, he will bring around more customers in the near future.

The Collin Family has further expanded its sphere of activities. We are now able to also offer taxi services to all those who request them! Our British taxi driver should help you out. Whenever you require a quality ride to your destination, just keep an eye out for "6-CAB-9", as our taxi driver likes to call himself. We are currently looking forward to also acquiring limousines for our transportation services.

Business has been quite slow recently, but fortunately, from time to time, we still get good customers. This time, it was a woman from the local fire department, by the name of Amelia Hernandez (as her name tag claimed). She looked through the menu, and noticed our special dish: fettuccine alfredo (for only $50, as the ingredients are imported straight from Italy!). Unfortunately, it seemed as though she had imagined the dish to be a heavy one, being unaware that we cook the original recipe, which does not involve more than parmesan cheese and butter. The madam enjoyed the meal, and even paid us a generous tip. Afterwards, she walked towards the doughnuteria, where she was served with another special dish: crepe suzette (for only $20, due to the ingredients being imported straight from France!). She was not accustomed to the taste, but did enjoy the meal, nonetheless. She let us know that from time to time, she would call us in order to serve her with a meal during her breaks at work. We were thrilled to hear that!

The Collin Family have officially relocated their businesses to the city of San Fierro! We currently own the following businesses:
-The Collin Family Restaurant (Juniper Hollow, San Fierro);
-The Collin Family Gas Station (Doherty, San Fierro);
-The Collin Family Doughnuteria (Palisades, San Fierro);
-Gas Station 5 (Juniper Hollow, San Fierro).

For the gas stations, it's the same standard service you are used to. For the food businesses, there's a little change. Both the restaurant and the doughnuteria may now offer delivery services. However, due to fuel expenses, orders that are out of the San Fierro city boundaries will be more expensive than those within the city boundaries.

Fettuccine alfredo. Try this light Italian meal for only $50 (the ingredients are imported straight from Italy)! This is merely pasta with parmesan cheese and butter. So simple... yet so light and delicious! Exclusively featured at the Collin Family Restaurant.



Crepe suzette. Try this light French meal for only $20 (the ingredients are imported straight from France)! These are pancakes with orange juice and caramel bits. A rather bizarre taste at first, but you should end up loving it!



House of Cupcakes cupcakes - a package of 4 cupcakes. Try this American meal for only $20! Unfortunately, this time around, there is no guarantee of this being "a light meal", and you may end up not even having all of the 4 cupcakes, but for the mere sweet pleasure, it is worth it to try this at least once!
