Why put inverted commas on Directors? The ranks are valid, as they were given by a Director, a very good one in his prime at that.

The situation has changed, so Dan is completely unable to fulfil his role as Director at this point in time.

If his community ban is revoked at some point, the point may be reconsidered, but there can be no place in the ATC team for someone who literally cannot post anything on either the forum or IG.

If that is in his words, including putting Director in apostrophes, then this is aimed at him:

There is no need to imply that our Director ranks are false, we were given the rank in exactly the same way you were given it when you were made Director. We were given the ranks because it was recognised that you could not carry out the tasks required of you. I and Doggi are replacing you while you are community banned, and will be there also when/if your ban is revoked.
Jordan and Charlie are now the "ATC Leaders", which means they out-rank the Directors, but do not interfere with the normal running of the ATC. This offers protection, as either of them can over-rule any decision made without consulting anyone.

I am aware that we were spoken to about the situation, but the situation has changed since, as we did not know you were community banned. All that has happened is that I and Doggi have been officially given the rank for the job role we were performing anyway.

Why do you want to join (100 Words min)?: I would like to become an Air Traffic Controller because I love to fly planes and help that are in need of help when they want to land. I am a very polite and respectful person and I will follow higher up orders and commands. Also I will fullfill my duty to the best of my ability and hope to make the planes land safely and make sure no one crashs or dies. By me becoming a ATC will help me make a further step in securing planes that need landing, and also I don't flame at all and I respect Argonath RPG Rules! I have potential with all my flying experiences and it should help me become an ATC!

Why do you want to join (100 Words min)?: I would like to join ATC because (1)I am very good at communicating with others, as being ATC I could alert other pilots ASAP if we have any "Code EL - Requesting Emergency Landing", so that the plane the alerted the ATC will be clear for landing, with my quick alerting, other pilots could re-route for landing, in a safety procedure way, (2) Because I like the communication talking, using codes, pilot names and etc. It's very fun to see planes landing with you direction then being in one landing, as ATC I could see them landing,(3[last])I also applied for ATC Because as me being back in Argonath I need to re-start my life on Argonath with a few jobs as ATC Being one of them, they business seems to be a good business, and I would, and appreciate to be apart of it.
