My farewell to Argonath

Hello Friends and Fellow Administrators,

Today I write my letter of resignation from the Argonath Administration and from this fine community that has been built up by Server Leaders and owners. It's been a long road but a fun one at the most. I've been apart of the Argonath community for almost 2 years now, I've been through the upsides, and the down sides. I've made many friends, but also accomplished people who may have not liked me for whatever reasons those may be..I've been pondering this decision for a while now, and to be honest the only reason I've stayed as long as I have is for the community and not for myself, I enjoy being an administrator and enjoy helping players wether it looks like I do or not. Some of you got the "SkyHawk" hates me mantality but you may have caught me on an off day or you may have done something wrong. I don't hate anyone here, I tried my best to treat everyone equally.

My main goal on Argonath was to have fun, but I never thought I could contribute my helping to the community when I was selected to become an adminstrator. It's been a great time and a pleasure to have served aswell. I don't want to sound cheesy, like others and say you know thanks Aragorn and Gandalf just to say it, but I genually want to thank them for giving me an opportunity to server this fine community they have built from the ground up and I can honestly say no one can top Argonath no matter how hard they try. I hope some day if I do decide to return to Argonath that I'll be welcomed with open arms not only by the players but by the administrators and owners aswell. It's been a hard decision wether I want to leave or not, but it is something I have to do in order to further my life outside of computer gaming.

Many of you don't know me personally but some of you do, well I play for my high school varsity baseball program which has taken alot of my time away from time I could be spending on Argonath, not saying thats a bad thing however. Another thing that may limit my time even more is my fascination in the police force, and I have actually joined the local law enforcement program that trains high school students enroute to becoming full time police officers after graduation which is something I want to pursue heavily. I will miss everyone in the community that have given me good times, or hard time ( you know who you are ). I wish everyone the best of luck in life and whatever you may pursue and maybe I'll see you someday down the road if Argonath is still around.

Before I go here are some people I would like to say final goodbyes to;

EdwardC - I can honestly say I've known you the longest on Argonath and it was a pleasure meeting you. Good luck with your future and maybe I'll see you someday in the US when you come back!

Boozman - Your probably my best friend within Argonath, hell we created our own server together way back in the day. It was great meeting you and your an awesome guy and friend. Have fun with whatever you pursue.

Jimmy Bowling - Your probably the coolest dude ever, I can always look back and remember the times we spent together on SAPD duty back when SFPD was at it's high point with Matrix and some others. It was nice meeting you and I'll be sure to talk to you on facebook to check in.

Jay Adams - Your a great guy, and great leader although you like screwing with me alot. It was nice meeting you.

TeaM MIB - I want to thank you for giving me the opportunity to be apart of your clan. I wish I could have spent more time trying to regain my self and get back in but my schedule disallowed it. It was nice meeting you and good luck with TeaM.

DellStorm - Your an awesome dude, eventhough we just met I want to thank you for always checking in on me and good luck with whatever you pursue.

Argonath Administration - Thank you for doing what you do for this community. I've made great friendships with lots of you and it was a pleasure working side by side with you. Continue protecting Argonath and keeping it to "A World of It's Own"!

It was a pleasure to be here in Argonath I hope to see you all again some day.

SkyHawk...we're going to miss you a lot man. Through the good times and the bad, it's our friends here in the community that make it what it is, and losing you is like losing a piece of Argonath itself. You will truly be missed, and I have to thank you for all the great RP's, administration actions, and clan-related activities that we have shared together. Times were tough, but here we are now, still reading, posting, and RP'ing just like before.

It's going to be different without you around man, and I hope you stay in contact with us atleast. I'm sure everyone would love to hear from you as your life progresses, I know I would. Let me know how your police thing goes too. If you ever have any questions or need any advice in that field, let me know. You're a good friend and you will not be forgotten. Game or not, friends are friends no matter what form they come in or how they know each other.

Skyhawk, i know you as a great server admin and nothing more. I wish i had taken the time, or had the chance to become better friends with you, and still hope i have that chance as i re-join the argonath community. You will be missed, but i hope yo start playing again eventualy.

So it's time for the Hawk to finally fly out in the world and leave this wonderful place, well good luck in the future Hawky.

We've two had a great time when you were in Gvardia, even did some great things when you we're an officer and I was a crazy mobster.

I will wish you good luck with your baseball and also the law enforcement thing.

You are and will still be a good asset for this community, and I hope to hear from you maybe on msn or such things. I hope you don't forget me.
