Yes, you read correct.
Giac gave up which was his right in fact, since we don't force him. The checks on the invalid voters has been checked by Managers who found it as true.
Since it is actually a cause of the SA:MP community, the most Managers decided the Oscars will take place in our community and DON'T get cancelled cause of a disaster in the San Andreas Multiplayer section.
The responsible groups who caused it should touch their nose and admit they are the reason of the fight, since all did jump on only one person. Therefore the Ceremonie on SA:MP IS CANCELED. It will not held, not even counted this year.
All other servers can be happy: The Ceremonies and Awards already gets prepared. It does include MTA:VC, VC:MP, MTA:SA, SA:MP STUNT, and IV:MP!
As the subject already says they will take place on the 2nd of April 2011. Be prepared for a time around 20:00-22:00 Central European Time.

:ps: Should anyone start to fight with me or any Manager of the necessary of that decision, he will get a proper Punishment. Especially since I know it will be any Group member, who caused it. Sometime you should just admit your faults and just leave it be instead of witch hunting.
